It is reported that the Shenbai High-speed Railway is located in the eastern part of Liaoning Province and the southern part of Jilin Province. It passes through 7 prefecture-level administrative regions including Shenyang City, Shenfu New Area, Fushun City, Tonghua City, Baishan City, Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, and Changbai Mountain Administrative Committee. The line starts from Shenyang North Station and ends at Changbaishan Station on the Dunbai Railway under construction. The newly built line is 428.2 kilometers (171.8 kilometers in Liaoning Province and 256.4 kilometers in Jilin Province), of which roadbed works account for 22% of the total length of the line, the bridge length accounts for 28% of the line length, and the tunnel length accounts for 50% of the line length.

According to the relevant person in charge, the Shenyang-Baizhou high-speed railway has 9 stations in Shenyang North, Fushun North, Donghanjia, Xinbin, Tonghua West, Baishan Mountain, Wangoubei, Songjianghe, and Changbai Mountain, with a design speed of 350 km/h.
