After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 14.5 billion yuan, creating more than 3,000 local jobs. The Nine Dragons Paper (Hubei) Co., Ltd. project is a major project for Nine Dragons Paper to enter Central China, and it is also the largest investment attraction project in Jingzhou this year. The project is located in Bailuo Industrial Park, Jianli Economic Development Zone, and plans to build a wood pulp production line with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons and a high-end packaging paper production line with a capacity of 2.4 million tons.
