The project consists of 3 single buildings with a total construction area of approximately 64,500 square meters and a total of 700 residences. The AIIB Colombo Urban Reconstruction Project includes 5,500 houses and related infrastructure. This is China Railway Construction's first overseas Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank loan project and part of the Colombo Urban Reconstruction Project of the AIIB.
