The Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission has publicized a number of relevant content including feasibility study reports for major construction projects in the transportation sector before approval:

1. Fuyang to Mengcheng to Suzhou (Huaibei) Railway

1. Regarding the radius of the line curve and the passenger flow of Mengcheng Station. After verification by the project unit, there is no radius of less than 5500m in the north section from Lixin to Xinfuyang, which meets the 350km/h high-speed rail operation requirements. After the feasibility study of the project, according to the expert opinions of the National Railway Group, the passenger flow forecast has been partially adjusted. The daily average passenger flow of Mengcheng Station is: 3541 in the early stage (2030), 5329 in the short-term (2035), and in the long-term (2045) Years) 6,348 people. The re-predicted passenger flow data of 5,329 people is slightly smaller than the public data, which belongs to a reasonable range.

2. About the route. The recommended direction of the Fuhuai intercity line is Huaibei-Suzhou-Shuangduiji-Mengcheng-Lixin-Fuyang, and a connecting line is set up in Shuangduiji to communicate the direction of Bengbu. The plan can form the Huaibei-Fuyang, Fuyang-Bengbu transportation route. At the same time, the Mengcheng to Shuangduiji section of this line and the Huaishu Beng Shuangduiji to Bengbu section can be used as a section of the planned Bo-Bang intercity. Guoyang will be covered to form a complete intercity network in northern Anhui.

3. Regarding the site selection of the station in Wuming Town. Compared with the currently selected reserved station site, Wuming Town is more remote, and the conditions for attracting passenger flow are relatively poor, and the service passenger flow is limited. This time, it is considered to reserve the Xin Fuyang North Station on the south side of Yinghe River.

2. Lu'an to Anqing Railway

1. Regarding the speed target value. Detailed comparisons and selections have been made in the design schemes. The currently recommended 250 km/h scheme is less investment, more economical in fares, better matching with the road network, and in line with functional positioning.

2. About connecting with surrounding railways. Relevant projects have been reserved for this project to connect the New Six Intercity Railway, Hefei-Ankang High-speed Railway, and Wuyuean High-speed Railway. In the next stage, the feasibility study of the implementation of the interconnection plan to Jiujiang will be further organized.

3. Regarding the addition of Anqing Station. The project has reserved Xin'anqing West via Anqing East and Ning'an Yangtze River Railway Bridge to Chizhou, and has reserved conditions for the new Anqing East Station on the north side of Anqing City.

Nanjing-Huai'an Railway (Anhui Section): Tianchang City will build a high-speed railway station

Nanjing-Huai'an Railway, also known as Ninghuai Intercity Railway, is a high-speed railway from Nanjing to Huaian in Jiangsu Province. The railway is planned to be jointly funded and constructed by China Railway Corporation, Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province. The total length of the line is about 212 kilometers, of which the main line is about 185 kilometers in length, the connecting line is about 25 kilometers in length, and the design speed of 350 kilometers per hour is a dual-line passenger dedicated railway. After completion, it will be possible to arrive directly between Nanjing and Huai'an in one hour or even less than one hour. It only takes 20 minutes from Tianchang City to Nanjing City.

The Ninghuai Intercity Railway runs from New Nanjing North Station to Huai'an East Station, passing through Pukou District, Luhe District, Nanjing City, Tianchang City, Anhui Province, Jinhu County, Hongze District, Huai'an City, and Huai'an District. There are 7 stations in the new Nanjing North Station, Liuhe West Station, Tianchang Station, Jinhu Station, Hongze Station, Huanglou Station and Huaian East Station.

According to public announcements, the construction site of Nanjing-Huai'an Railway (Anhui Section) is Tianchang City, Chuzhou City. According to the announcement of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Nanjing-Huai'an Intercity Railway (Anhui Section) starts from the border of Jiangsu and Anhui on the south side of Jinhu Station, passes through Tongcheng Town, Yangcun Town, Tianchang City, and Zhengji Town to the south of Anhui and Jiangsu Province. The total length is 43.9 kilometers, all of which are overhead lines, and Tianchang Station is newly built. The planned construction period is 48 months. The total investment is 8.48 billion yuan.

Si County will build a general airport

According to the public announcement, the construction site of Si County General Airport is located in Nanyou Village, Changgou Town, Si County, Suzhou City. According to the general airport design of category A1, the flight zone level is 2B. Newly build a 1,200-meter-long and 30-meter-wide runway, supporting the construction of a terminal complex, hangars, anti-blowing aprons, communication lanes, lifting station aprons, terminal safety areas, visual navigation aids, air traffic control facilities, and fuel supply, etc. facility.

The project has an estimated investment of 300.9 million yuan and a construction period of 2 years. Among the Class A general airports, Class A1 general airports refer to airports that use aircraft with more than 10 passenger seats to carry out commercial passenger flights. It is mainly used to carry out general aviation activities such as emergency rescue, air travel, and flight teaching.

At present, in addition to the Ningguo and Wuhu Sanyuan General Airports in the province, the PLA Air Force has also approved Feidong Bailong, Feixi Guanting, Dangshan, Lujiang, Jieshou, Jingde, Tongcheng and other general airports.

In the next step, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission will continue to actively promote the site selection of a number of general airports such as Feixi Yandian, Lu'an Jin'an District, Mingguang, Guzhen, Jixi, Yuexi, etc. Preliminary work of the project, strive to start construction as soon as possible.

According to the "Anhui Province General Airport Layout Plan (2019-2035)" announced not long ago, there will be 30 general airports above A2 level in the province by 2025, realizing that all prefecture-level cities have general airports or transport airports that take into account general aviation services In 2035, there will be 65 general airports above A2 level in the province, achieving full coverage of general aviation services in all prefecture-level cities and county-level administrative units.

Bozhou-Mengcheng Expressway Qiaocheng (Lide) to Guoyang (Biaoli) Section Project

The route starts at the north side of Li Village, Lide Town, Qiaocheng District, connects to the G35 Jiguang Expressway, from west to east through the north side of the planned Bozhou Airport, and ends at the west side of Lida Village, Biaoli Town, Guoyang County, with a total length of about 13 kilometers. According to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, the project is fully enclosed and fully interchange, with a design speed of 120 km/h and a roadbed width of 34.5 meters. The construction period is 3 years and the estimated investment is 2.75 billion yuan. The project capital accounts for 20% of the total investment. Bozhou City arranges financial budget funds and project legal person contributions. The remaining 80% of the funds is resolved through the issuance of local government special bonds and project legal persons applying for bank loans.

G3 Beijing-Taiwan Expressway adds double-stacked interchange

According to public announcements, the construction site of the new Shuangduiji interchange project on the G3 Beijing-Taiwan Expressway is in Shuangduiji Town, Suixi County, Huaibei City. Construction scale: The project is located on the east side of Shuangduiji Town, and adopts the A-type single horn over the main line plan. Estimated investment: 218 million yuan.

According to the previous EIA announcements, this project has 1 ramp toll station with 3 in and 3 outs. Among them, the ETC lane is 2 in and 2 out, and the manual toll lane is 1 in and 1 out; and 2 in and 2 out ultra-wide lanes are set up, charging 1 station management area.

This means that near the G3 Beijing-Taiwan high-speed double stacking station, a new interchange-style expressway will be built. According to data, the project is located in the east of Shuangduiji Town, about 4 kilometers away from the town government, at the intersection of Hexu Section of G3 Jingtai Expressway and Township Road 033.Editor/Xing Wentao
