On November 12, 2020, on the eve of the opening of BMW Shanghai, a "mass-production" SY16 pure electric excavator prototype successfully passed a 1,000-hour durability test in Kunshan and entered the final commissioning stage before it was put into production. This is the world's first and only "mass production" pure electric excavator, which is of great significance.

After the prototype went offline, the project team immediately carried out more than 20 large and small tests including insulation test, high-voltage power distribution test, isoelectric performance test, plug-in work reliability test, and overall machine reliability test to ensure that the equipment can be Normal construction in any working condition.
