On November 14, 2020, the first ground wall of Tianjin Metro Line 7 Tianta Station project undertaken by China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau was successfully completed, which marked the official start of construction of Tianta Station.

It is reported that the Tianta Station of Tianjin Metro Line 7 is 308.5 meters long, the standard section is 23.7 meters wide, and the total construction area is 23948.63 square meters. The station enclosure is a ground wall and the outer circumference is 686.8 meters long. A total of 139 sites are on Line 7. The first three-story underground station to be constructed using full-cover digging and top-down construction.

At the construction site, the main crane 500 tons and the auxiliary crane 260 tons crawler cranes synchronously used steel cables from the north and south to connect a huge steel bar with a length of 54.85 meters, a width of 5.5 meters, a thickness of 1.2 meters, and a total weight of about 72 tons. The giant cage slowly pulled up. Under the strict organization and standardized operation of the project staff, the DL110 ground connecting wall reinforcement cage at Tianta Station was smoothly hoisted to the slot position. After lifting point conversion, secondary hole cleaning, mud testing, concrete pouring and other procedures, the first ground connecting wall The construction was successfully completed.

Tianjin Metro Line 7 covers large passenger flow distribution points such as Zhongshan Road, Laochengxiang, Gulou, Balitai, Weijin South Road, etc. in the central city of Tianjin.
