The International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit Forum was established in 2010 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of China. The 11th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit Forum in 2020 will be held in Macau on December 2-3.

The forum was held in the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the State Council Under the guidance of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, it is co-sponsored by the China International Contractors Association and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Bureau.

With the theme of "Joining Hands to Address Challenges and Promote Global Infrastructure Development", this forum focused on industry hotspots and cutting-edge topics, and invited global leaders and elites to gather in Macau to discuss how to strengthen cooperation, overcome difficulties, and achieve international infrastructure cooperation.
