On December 7, 2020, the construction of the Jiaojiang Bridge went through 28 months of arduous struggle, conquering a number of world-class problems such as 143.67 meters in depth and 2.5 meters in diameter bored piles. Hang-Shao-Tai high-speed rail at 3 pm on December 6 The key control project, the 194-meter-high main tower of No. 50 on the south bank of the Jiaojiang Bridge, successfully completed the topping of another major node of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan high-speed railway ahead of schedule! The South Bank 50 main tower completed this time is one of the two main towers of the Jiaojiang Bridge. Starting from July 16, 2018, the construction personnel of China Railway Bridge Bureau began bored pile construction. In August 2019, they started the construction of the tower column and completed the erection of the first steel beam in October 2020. After 28 months of hard work, They overcome several world-class problems such as bored piles with a depth of 143.67 meters and a diameter of 2.5 meters.

Shen Jianyu, Manager of Section 4 of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan High-speed Railway Project Department of China Railway Bridge Bureau, said: "During the construction of the main tower, it will pass through the pebble layer and silt layer where the bored pile is easy to collapse, and finally reach the strongly weathered rock layer. The construction is very difficult." During the construction process, in order to improve work efficiency, Daqiao Bureau and Xuzhou Heavy Industry jointly developed a 550D rotary excavator, which is more efficient and shorter than the traditional 2.5-meter bored pile construction technology. The completion of the No. 50 pier main tower of the Jiaojiang Extra Large Bridge marks that the 50 pier main tower has fully entered the steel beam construction link. It also laid the foundation for the follow-up track laying work of Jiaojiang Bridge. The Jiaojiang Bridge is a key control project of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan high-speed railway, with a total length of 5.25 kilometers and a total investment of 1.625 billion. In the next step, another main tower of the super bridge, the main tower on the north bank, is also expected to be topped off at the end of this month.

At present, the approach piers of the bridge have been completed, and two-thirds of the main bridge side span steel beams have been erected. It is expected that the middle span steel beams will be erected at the end of this month. After the middle span steel beams of the bridge are erected in early February next year, the main construction of the Jiaojiang Bridge The completion of the construction lays the foundation for the subsequent ballast and track laying construction. The Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan high-speed railway is one of the first batch of eight social capital investment railway demonstration projects in China, and it is also my country's first privately-owned high-speed railway. After the completion of the project, it will accelerate the integration of the Wentai urban agglomeration into the Yangtze River Economic Belt and realize the "1 hour traffic circle" in Zhejiang , It will play an active role in boosting the development of higher quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta.

As of the end of November, more than 90% of the project's entire line foundation and bridge culverts have been completed, 56 tunnels have penetrated 55, and the project's station buildings, "four power" projects and various control projects are speeding up construction as planned.Editor/Xing Wentao
