The forum was co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the People's Government of Xiamen City, and the Chinese Council of BRICS Think Tank Cooperation, and it was held in a combination of online and offline methods. Xiao Yaqing, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, said at the forum that at present, building a new industrial revolution partnership has become the consensus of the BRICS countries and a new field, new bright spot and new direction for deepening cooperation. In an interview with reporters, the Deputy Governor of the New Development Bank Anil Kishorn said that the new industrial revolution has brought new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain, and the BRICS new industrial revolution partnership innovation The base will provide a platform for the BRIC countries to exchange experience and wisdom, and help countries make better use of these technologies to achieve economic development.
