1. Côte d'Ivoire Abidjan City Ring Express Road Project

On December 9, 2020, Power Construction Municipal Corporation of China and West Africa received a bid-winning letter from the Ministry of Equipment and Road Maintenance of Côte d’Ivoire, and won the bid for the Abidjan City Ring Express Road project under the brand SINOHYDRO. The main construction content of the project includes the construction of 13 kilometers of two-way four-lane asphalt roads, 8 bridge structures, drainage and protection works, signal devices and safety equipment, public lighting projects, etc. The construction period is 27 months, and the funding source is the World Bank.

The Abidjan City Ring Expressway Project in Côte d’Ivoire is the company’s second spot exchange project in Côte d’Ivoire this year.

2. Iraq Baghdad South Combined Cycle Power Plant Project Contract

Power China announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Hydropower Construction International Engineering Co., Ltd., indirectly holding 100% of its shares, has signed a contract with Jordan Dahir Group for the Iraqi Baghdad South Combined Cycle Power Plant Project. The contract value is US$836,915,800, equivalent to RMB About 590,025.64 million yuan.

The project is located 50km south of Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. The main project content is to build a 1000MW combined cycle power station, which consists of 2 gas turbine modules. Each gas turbine module includes 3 9E gas turbines, 3 waste heat boilers, and 1 steam turbine. Generator sets and related supporting facilities. The project construction period is 36 months.

3. Cebu-Mint 230 kV interconnection project Dumanjug 230 kV substation expansion & Visayas-Mindanao Interconnection project Dumanjug 138/69 kV expansion project

On December 7, 2020, the consortium of PowerChina International successfully won the bid for the Cebu-Mint 230kV interconnection project Dumanjug 230kV substation expansion & Visayas-Mindanao Interconnection project's Dumanjug 138/69kV expansion project The construction scope includes EPC general contracting of 2 sets of 70 Mv reactors, 2 sets of 100 Mv A main transformer and other equipment.

The project is a converter station expansion project. After completion, it can rely on the Visayas-Mindanao Interconnection Project to greatly improve the stability of the power load around Dumanjug. Shanghai Power Construction Fujian Company is responsible for the civil engineering, construction, installation and commissioning of the project.

4. EPC contract for Myanmar Kyaukphyu gas-steam combined cycle power station

On the morning of December 10, 2020, the signing ceremony of the EPC general contract and construction supervision contract for Myanmar's Kyaukphyu gas-steam combined cycle power station was held at the headquarters of the Power Construction Haitou Company.
