Only two years later, the total production volume of the Shanghai factory exceeded the 40,000 mark, demonstrating our remarkable achievements in optimizing production capacity and achieving lean production management. In terms of production process upgrades and safety, the production capacity of the Shanghai factory has jumped from the initial 6 units every 8 hours to the current 27 units every 8 hours, an increase of nearly five times; as of December 23 this year, the assembly workshop of the Shanghai factory has achieved nearly The record of 3,000 accident-free days establishes a firm bottom line for safety. Over the years since its establishment, Volvo Construction Equipment Shanghai has been praised by all walks of life for its excellent product quality and excellent staff quality. In 2013, the factory was awarded the Shanghai Quality Gold Award; the following year, the frame team of the assembly workshop was awarded the title of "National Worker Pioneer"; in 2018, the Shanghai factory was named as a demonstration unit of employee care in Jinqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

40,000 units are far from the end, but it is precisely the starting point for the Shanghai plant to take new steps in business development.
