China State Construction signs contract for Brunei Rimba complex project

The emergence of urban complexes is an inevitable result of the development of urban forms to a certain extent. Recently, China State Construction Bridge signed a general contract for the construction of the Rimba complex project with Brunei company Rimba International Sdn Bhd in the name of China State Construction Co., Ltd. Brunei Branch. The contract value of the project is 111 million yuan, which is equivalent to about 555 million yuan.

Project content

The project is a mixed-use commercial complex, including an apartment tower, two residential towers and a high-end hotel. The indoor area is about 110,000 square meters, and the outdoor area is about 70,000 square meters. The total area is about 180,000 square meters. Including underground parking lots, integrated commercial shops, high-end hotels, apartments, swimming pools and cinemas. The undertaking of this project reflects the Brunei market's high recognition of China Construction's ability to perform contracts in Brunei Temburong Bridge and other projects in Brunei.

This project is the result of the refined development of urban culture, urban life and urban construction.
