The Xicheng Railway spans Qinghai, Gansu, and Sichuan provinces. The main line is 833.1 kilometers long, of which 499.1 kilometers are newly built from east to west to Huangshengguan, and 307.75 kilometers are shared with the Chenglan Railway under construction.
