The Taranto project is located in a low wind speed area. Mingyang MySE3.0-135 units are customized for low wind speed areas, which can ensure a good return on investment for customers. The Jiangsu Binhai project uses the MySE3.0-135 model. It is reported that the project is provided by French Natixis S.A. Bank, and it is also the first time that Mingyang Fan has obtained non-recourse project financing from a European bank. It is expected that deliveries will begin in the summer of 2021 and will be put into commercial operation by the end of the year.
