The Hebei Provincial Government agreed that in order to give full play to the demonstrative role of key provincial projects and solidly promote the construction and upgrading of major projects in the province, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "List of Provincial Key Construction Projects in Hebei Province in 2021". Hebei Province has arranged a total of 682 key provincial projects this year, with a total investment of 11.88.65 billion yuan and an estimated annual investment of 281.06 billion yuan.

Provincial key projects include 252 newly started projects, 318 continued projects, and 112 completed and put into production projects, covering strategic emerging industries, industrial chain modernization, digital infrastructure and applications, modern service industries, infrastructure, and people’s livelihoods. And many other fields.

Key projects

Focus on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, and promote a number of high-quality, power source projects. Among the provincial key projects, there are a total of 279 strategic emerging industry projects, including Tangshan Jiutian MSI Aerospace Jiutian MSI satellite R&D and manufacturing base, Fangfang Electronics’ advanced integrated chip industrialization project, and Hongqisheng Precision Electronics (Qinhuangdao) high-end 5G mobile phone motherboard industrialization Project, Cangzhou Yuntu Apollo Autonomous Driving and Vehicle-Road Collaboration Project, etc. There are a total of 126 projects for modernization and upgrading of the industrial chain, including Tangshan Guotang Iron and Steel's relocation and environmental protection upgrade project, Hebei Xinxing Energy Technology's 1.94 million tons coking project, and Jinmailang non-fried cooking noodle production project.

According to reports, the construction and implementation of key projects in Hebei Province is a specific starting point for the implementation of the "Threefold, Four Innovations and Five Optimization" activities carried out by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government in the province.
