On January 25, 2021, Shanghai Baoye successfully signed a contract for the construction of a commercial and residential building at Boyue Tianxi in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, ushering in a good start to the Cambodian market in the New Year.

Basic content of the project

Phnom Penh Boyue Cullinan Commercial and Residential Building Construction General Contracting Project is located on Road 478, Sangyuan District, Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It has 2 floors underground and 52 floors above ground. The building height is 176.75 meters. After completion, it will become a new landmark of Phnom Penh.

The Phnom Penh Boyue Cullinan construction general contracting project is another super high-rise landmark project undertaken by Shanghai Baoye in the center of Phnom Penh. It is also the first cooperation between the company and Anhui Mingyu Investment Group. The successful acceptance of this project highlights the achievement of Shanghai Baoye’s high-end brand strategy in Cambodia, and once again demonstrates Shanghai Baoye’s comprehensive competitiveness and outstanding influence in the Cambodian market, adding new impetus to the company’s long-term development in Cambodia.
