On January 28, 2021, the Municipal Corporation of PowerChina and the Warsaw Branch of the Polish National Highway Administration signed a contract for the design and construction of the Lot4 section of the Polish A2 highway through a video method. The contract value is about 140 million US dollars.

Design and Construction Project of Lot4 Section of A2 Highway in Poland

The project is located 75 kilometers east of Warsaw, the capital of the Masov Province of Poland, and belongs to the fourth section of the A2 highway between Reyšovice and Sedelce. It is about 12.89 kilometers long and has a two-way four-lane road, including asphalt pavement and facilities. Reconstruction, ground reinforcement, bridges, culverts, sidewalks, green planting and other projects. The project includes 8 traffic bridges and 12 culverts.

It is understood that the Polish A2 highway is part of the backbone of the Polish national highway network A2. After it is completed and opened to traffic, it will efficiently connect Poland's east-west highways and drive the further development of the surrounding economy. Editor/He Yuting
