A few days ago, Wenzhou Oujiang River Diversion Lucheng West Water Distribution Project (tunnel and river course project) undertaken by the hydropower infrastructure Bureau won the "Oujiang Cup" (high quality project) award of Wenzhou Construction Project in 2020.

Oujiang Cup Award (high quality project) of Wenzhou construction project is the highest award of Wenzhou construction project quality, and it is also the candidate project recommended by Zhejiang Qianjiang Cup Award (high quality project). The quality of the award-winning project must reach the advanced level of Wenzhou, and have better economic and social benefits.

Oujiang water diversion project is located in zhouaodi village, Yangyi street, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, and daizhai village, Tengqiao town. The project includes river revetment treatment, water diversion tunnel, control gate in front of the tunnel and river dredging. Among them, the new revetment section of longquantou river is 714 meters long, the river dredging section is 479 meters long, the new revetment section of Qianjing river is 358 meters long, and the river dredging section is 590 meters long; a new control gate in front of the tunnel is built, with a net width of 1 × 7 meters; the diversion tunnel is 1340 meters long, with a cross-section size of 7 × 6.4 meters.

Since the commencement of the project, the project department has effectively solved the adverse construction factors of the diversion tunnel section, such as tight construction period, large quantities, small tunnel section size, complex geological conditions and large external interference, and realized the tunnel connection ahead of schedule on September 21, 2018.
