It took more than one year to construct. At 9:18 a.m. on February 6, 2021, the main road of Beier road in Dongying City, Shandong Province, which was constructed by the Bureau of hydropower foundation, was officially opened to traffic.

Beier road construction and reconstruction project is a major livelihood project in Dongying City. It starts from Dongba road in the East and ends at Xiliu road in the west, with a total length of 28.6 km. It runs through three districts and counties of Dongying Economic Development Zone, Dongying District and Kenli district. After completion, it will become the northern artery of Dongying City, directly affecting the life and travel of a quarter of the city's population.

The water and electricity infrastructure bureau undertakes the fourth work area with a total length of 4734 meters. The road of Beier road is 47 meters wide, of which the main road is 33 meters wide. It is a two-way eight Lane Road, equipped with collecting and distributing lanes, non motorized lanes and sidewalks, and complete municipal facilities such as lighting, greening and comprehensive pipelines.
