The extension project of Tianjin Metro Line 11 from Wenjie Road Station to Shui Park West Road Station (excluding), starting from the west of the new site of Baoshan West Road No. 1 Central Hospital in the west, and to Shui Park West Road Station in the east. The line follows Baoshan West Road, Jinhe Road and Fukang Road are laid, passing through Xiqing District and Nankai District, connecting the new site of a central hospital, the old site of a central hospital, and Nankai University and other passenger distribution points.

The total length of the line is about 3.84 kilometers, all laid underground, with 3 stations and 3 sections in total. The extension project will realize the operation of the first phase of Line 11, and realize the interchange with Line 6. The total investment of the project is 4.179 billion yuan, the total construction period is 4 years, and the operation period is 20 years. The B-type car is adopted, and the speed target value is 80km/h. Six vehicles were used in the initial, short-term and long-term formation, with four moving and two towing vehicles.
