"Cross-Strait Youth Digital Economy Collaborative Innovation Park" project in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone

The total investment of the project is 8.6 billion yuan, of which the start-up area covers an area of 117 acres and the total construction area is 256,000 square meters. As a major industrial project of the experimental zone, the "Cross-Strait Youth Digital Economy Collaborative Innovation Park" will focus on introducing satellite navigation and cross-strait chip design. , Cross-strait digital new media, cross-strait digital life and health and other emerging industries, focus on creating cross-strait youth community gathering areas and digital high-tech enterprise gathering areas, and further promote the open development of experimental areas and cross-strait integrated development.

With a total construction area of 29,665 square meters, Boterui project plans to build production lines for food additives, health products, and beauty products, as well as office buildings and dormitory buildings. The comprehensive treatment project of Yuanfeng River water system involves two river sections, namely Yuanfeng River and Houshan Stream. The engineering measures for the project treatment are mainly embankment construction and river dredging, and construction of supporting projects such as landscape greening and municipal drainage. At present, the construction of Yuanfeng River's access road and river bank foundation treatment have been basically completed simultaneously, and the river bank retaining wall pouring, river dredging and ecological frame installation are in progress.

Wushan Historic District Protection, Restoration and Improvement Project

The project starts from Daoshan Road in the north, Baima River in the west, Dongxi River and Wushan Road (including Liming Lake) in the south, and Wushan Phase I in the east. Taking the opportunity of the relocation of the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, the project integrates stone carving culture, Taoism culture, celebrity culture, Banyan culture and farming culture will create seven landscape nodes including Luofuling Scenic Area, Shitian Scenic Area, West Garden Scenic Area, Banling Garden Scenic Area, Tongde Garden Scenic Area, and Shuangli Garden Scenic Area. The total investment is 300 million yuan.

Wushan Historic District Phase II Project

Hengyu Hualinliyuan is the parcel of plot 2020-51 (i.e. the reconstruction plot of Chengcuoli old housing estate in Gulou District) successfully won by Hengyu Group for 267 million yuan on October 28, 2020, and the project is filed. Named "Hengyu Hualin Liyuan", it is the first resettlement commercial housing project in the main urban area of Fuzhou City where 100% of the buildable residential area is repurchased.

Taijiang District Project

The Tianjun Building construction project is located at the southwest side of the intersection of Wanglong Road and Xiangban Street in Taijiang District, and on the north side of the Beijiangbin Central Business District Block C. Changle District Project

Fujian Berry Hekang Digital Life Industrial Park (Phase II) has a total investment of 1.678 billion yuan and a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. It is planned to build five 4 to 11-story scientific research buildings, production plants and supporting facilities in the park. The project focuses on high and new technologies such as cloud computing, gene sequencing, gene editing, and artificial intelligence, and builds an ecosystem covering the four major sectors of industry, education, research, and capital, and builds it into a data center, production base, R&D center, and sample "wet library" A full-life-cycle health and medical industrial park with multiple functions.

Tianjin University Fuzhou Campus (Phase III)-Academic Exchange Center has a total investment of 374.7 billion yuan and a total construction area of 26,700 square meters. The total investment of the renovation and maintenance project on the north side of Changle Airport is 160 million yuan. The project includes 3 parts: the comprehensive renovation project on the north beach of Changle Airport, the beach restoration and maintenance project, and the sandy vegetation restoration project behind the beach.
