On March 3, 2021, Nanyang Public Resources Trading Center announced the announcement of candidates for winning the bid for the Fangcheng-Tanghe section of Jiaozuo-Tanghe Expressway in Henan Province. China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. won the bid for the FTTZHHR-1 section of the project. China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the FTTZHHR-2 section, and the China Construction Second Engineering Bureau won the bid for the FTTZHHR-4 section, but unfortunately the FTTZHHR-3 section has passed the bid. The estimated total investment of this project is about 10.009 billion yuan, the source of funds is the issuance of bonds of 4 billion yuan, and the remaining funds are raised by the owner.

General Situation of Jiaozuo-Tanghe Expressway Construction

The total length of the route is approximately 101.856 kilometers. Among them, Fangcheng County is about 16.878 kilometers long, Sheqi County is about 35.452 kilometers long, and Tanghe County is about 49.526 kilometers long.

The project adopts two-way four-lane highway technical standards, the roadbed is 27 meters wide, and the designed driving speed is 120 km/h. The pavement surface layer adopts asphalt concrete structure, and the design load of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I level. Other technical indicators should meet the requirements of "Highway Engineering Technical Standards" (JTGB01-2014).
