The contracted project is located in the Termit Basin in the southeast of Niger. It is divided into two PC bid sections, Koulele&Dibeilla oil field group and FGD oil field group, with a contract value of approximately US$705 million. The project has the characteristics of six tops, five tops, and three tops. The total amount of work is large and the construction is difficult. It is a key overseas investment project of the group company during the 14th five-year plan.
