On March 22, 2021, the first phase of the power island project of Ningxia Baofeng Energy Linhe Comprehensive Industrial Park undertaken by the Power Construction Nuclear Power Company held a grand groundbreaking ceremony. Although the sky is gloomy due to the strong sand and dust weather, the project personnel are neatly arranged, shouldering responsibilities, and with the spirit and belief of overcoming difficulties, standing in the wind and sand, ready to go. With the smooth excavation of the boiler foundation, the construction of the project officially started.

Baofeng Energy Linhe Comprehensive Industrial Park

This project is located in Ningdong Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The construction unit is Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co., Ltd. This project plans to build a 4X480 ton/hour circulating fluidized bed boiler with a total investment of 2 billion. Dianjian Nuclear Power Company mainly undertook the construction of No. 10 and No. 11 circulating fluidized bed boiler installations and systems in the first bid section, as well as the construction of a steam turbine power generation system and other related ancillary facilities. The scope of construction includes the main plant, boiler room, chimney, dust removal system, ash conveying system, coal conveying system, integrated pipe gallery support and all civil engineering works in the tender section such as plant roads and plant floors, boiler installations, steam turbine generator sets, and piping systems , Dust removal system, desulfurization system, coal conveying system installation project and electrical and thermal control system construction of the above projects. The planned construction period of this tender section is 15 months.

After the completion of this project, it will provide heat and steam for the 500,000 tons/year C2-C5 comprehensive utilization of olefin projects and 500,000 tons/year coal to olefin projects in the park, and will fully drive and drive the further development of the local upstream and downstream industrial chain. Development is conducive to promoting sound economic development and providing employees with stable employment security.
