Urban Village Reconstruction Project

It is reported that the start of the construction of the urban village reconstruction project is the implementation of the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee by the Baoding Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, carefully building a city of quality life in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei world-class urban agglomeration, and speeding up the construction of quality first and livable A major move by Yiye New Baoding. China Railway Investment Group (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Headquarters), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Group, set up China Railway Baoding Development and Construction Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of the first phase of the ABO project for the reconstruction of urban villages in Baoding.

A total of 17 villages will be constructed in Baoding’s first-phase urban village reconstruction resettlement area. Among them, the Baoding Urban Village Transformation Contiguous Development ABO Project (a bid section) invested and constructed by China Railway Consortium has an estimated investment of about 17.468 billion yuan. The affiliated China Railway First Bureau, China Railway Third Bureau, China Railway Fourth Bureau, China Railway Sixth Bureau, China Railway Electrification Bureau, China Railway Construction Engineering, China Railway Bridge Bureau, China Railway China Railway and other units participated in the project design and construction. The project is located in Lianchi District, Baoding City, with 3385 households and 13,945 people in 8 villages, with a village area of 12,214.16 acres. The planned urban construction land is 9626.7 acres and the land for sale is 4370.7 acres.
