Arab construction company will develop 300 villas on Jubail Island

The Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has signed a contract for the first phase of 300 villas on the Jubail Island development project with the Arab Construction Company (ACC), which is led by the lead developer LEAD. This move is considered to be a landmark step in bringing luxury life with pristine natural beauty to the center of Abu Dhabi.

The villa to be built in the first phase represents the first step towards creating a low-density project that will provide three to six-bedroom villas on a vast land of 1,300 to 6,000 square meters. JIIC stated that the next construction phase of the project will be announced in due course.

It is said that the award of the contract was driven by the pre-sale so far. The statement explained that since 60% of the infrastructure has been completed, construction of modern and Mediterranean-style villas can begin in the first phase of the Jubail Island development project in April, which will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The development is taking shape in the mangrove park on Jubail Island and is said to highlight the developer’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainable living. The master plan is expected to accommodate more than 5,000 residents, with an area of more than 45 million square meters, and includes restaurants, beach clubs, business centers, sports facilities, schools and nurseries, as well as community clubs and specialized clinics. JIIC said the development project is expected to become an iconic destination for the capital community.
