On April 7, 2021, the Seventh Engineering Bureau of China Water Resources and Hydropower won the bid for Sections 1 and 2 of Chengdu Tianfu Center International Community, and Chengdu Construction Engineering won the bid for Sections 4 and 5 of the project, with a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan.

Tianfu New District Project

Groups 3 and 4 of Luojiadian Village, Xinglong Street, Chengdu Zhiguan District, Tianfu New District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, Luojiadian Village Collective. The total construction area is about 185,500 square meters. The construction content includes but not limited to residential, commercial, underground parking lot, kindergarten, etc. The maximum building height is about 119.44 meters. The total construction area of sections 4 and 5 of the project is about 192,700 square meters. The construction content includes, but is not limited to, residential, commercial, underground parking, supporting construction of green space, etc.

Tianfu International Community in the core area of Tianfu New City in Chengdu High-tech Zone has a total area of 160 acres and a total construction area of 250,000 square meters. The project is divided into phases 1 and 2 and Tiexiangshui block, with villas and high-rise buildings. With the completion of the Tianfu International Community, Chengdu will not only have the first truly international community, but will also form the city’s largest foreign community in terms of construction area.
