This investment plan arranges 8 projects, and an annual investment plan of 10.89 billion yuan has been issued. Among them, the railway company invested 478 million yuan, Henan Province invested 1.773 billion yuan, and bank loans were 8.639 billion yuan. Among the investment part of Henan Province, the Provincial Railway Investment invested 436 million yuan, and the cities and counties along the line were 1.337 billion yuan.

1. Zhengzhou-Puyang section of Zhengzhou-Jinan railway: newly built high-speed railway of 197.272 kilometers, designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with 7 stations on the whole line, among which Zhengzhou East Station and Xinxiang East Station are existing stations, Pingyuan New District, Weihui South and Huashan County Junxian, Neihuang, and Puyang East are newly built stations.

2. The Zhangjiawan connection line of Haoji Railway and the freight yard project along the line: the newly built Haoji Railway and Longhai Railway are 5 kilometers from the Zhangjiawan station connection line, and the construction of freight yards and supporting transportation projects along the Henan section of the station.

Renewal project

1. Zhengzhou South Railway Station Hub Project: The newly-built Zhengzhou South Railway Station project includes: Zheng-Wanzheng line length 10.786km, Zheng-Fu main line length 9.25km, Ji-nan intercity main line length 3.125km; Zheng-Fu uplink and downlink connection line; Zhengzhou South Railway Station Depot There are 32 arrival and departure lines with 30 stations, and the station building is about 150,000 square meters; the 6-line inspection warehouse of the National Railway EMU, 24 storage lines and 3 moving lines; related supporting projects.

2. Zheng-Ji high-speed railway from Puyang to the provincial boundary: the newly-built line is 39.797 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and a newly-built Nanle station.

3. Henan section of Heze to Lankao Railway: 41.264 kilometers of newly built line, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

4. The Henan section of Sanmenxia via Yuzhou to Jiangsu coastal port railway: the total length of the line is 664 kilometers, of which the Xuchang to Jiaxian section has been completed and is connected to the Beijing-Guangzhou line for transportation; the Sanmenxia to Yuzhou section is under construction for 265.6 kilometers; the Lingjing passes through Xuchang The section from East, Taikang to Luyi is 198 kilometers. 5. Zhengkai Intercity Railway Extension Line: The newly built intercity railway is 7.171 kilometers, with a design speed of 200 kilometers per hour. Kaifeng Station is an existing station (the station building is rebuilt as a whole), and Huanghe Street is a reserved intermediate station.

6. Longhai Railway Sanmenxia section direct access and transformation and logistics park project: rebuild the existing Longhai Railway 19.3 kilometers in length, build a new main line 13.2 kilometers, at the same time rebuild Longhai Railway Zhangjiawan Station as the new Sanmenxia station, and build a comprehensive Sanmenxia Railway Logistics Center.

1. The section from Jiaozuo to Pingdingshan via Luoyang of the Hunan High-speed Railway: the newly built line is 240 kilometers with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

2. Pingdingshan high-speed railway via Luohe to Zhoukou: the main line is about 193km in length, the Zhoukou east connecting line is about 11km (single line), and the design speed is 350km/h. The whole line is planned to be Pingdingshan West, Pingdingshan South, Wuyang North, Luohe West, and Zhoukou There are 6 stations in the west and east of Zhoukou, including 3 existing stations (Pingdingshan west, Luohe west, Zhoukou east).

3. The Fuyang-Huanggang (Jiujiang) section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Taiwan high-speed rail: the newly-built line is about 324 kilometers long, of which the line in Henan Province is 132 kilometers long and the designed speed is 350 kilometers per hour.

4. The section from Xiong'an New District to Shangqiu of Beijing-Xiong-Shanghai High-speed Railway: The newly-built line in Henan section is 26 kilometers long, and there is a newly built Taiqian station with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
