On April 12, 2021, China Communications First Public Administration Group won the bid for the PPP project of Anhui Wuhu Fanchang Road Construction with a total investment of 1.88 billion yuan. Henan Installation Group won the bid for the G310 Luoyang City Reconstruction Project with a total investment of 1.39 billion yuan.

Two key projects

The route of the G310 Luoyang Reconstruction Project is located in Huilongwan Village, Yanshi City. It uses the Luoyan Expressway to the west to Gaoya Village, crosses Yihe and Luohe to the north, and crosses G207, Erguang Expressway, S228 and Jiaoliu along the northwest. The railway runs westward along the north side of Luoyang Airport and runs parallel to Lianhuo Expressway, crossing Ningluo Expressway in the southwest of Rentun Village, Lianhuo Expressway in the southeast of Donggao Village, and Lianhuo Expressway in the northeast of Longjian Village to the west. It is connected to the original G310 line at the east of Xin'an County Cement Plant. The total length of the route is 87.279 kilometers, and the terminal station number is K87+346. Among them, the express passage from Yangong junction to Luoyan, Gaoya Town, Yanshi is about 12.1 kilometers, and the actual construction mileage is 75.179 kilometers. The concession project of section K26+225 to K87+346 of G310 Luoyang City Reconstruction Project is part of the G310 Luoyang Reconstruction Project. The starting point is K26+225 and the design ending point is K87+346. The total length is about 61.121 kilometers. Xin'an toll station number K75+650 is located in Xin'an County. There are 6 lanes in each direction and a total of 12 toll lanes.

The construction content of the PPP project of Wuhu Fanchang Road Construction includes 5 sub-projects, namely S339 Zhanghe Bridge to Wandian Section Reconstruction Project, S339 Fanyang Road to Tongling Boundary Section Reconstruction Project, S334 Highway Both Sides Greening Landscape Project, Fanchang District Economics New road projects in the development zone and new road projects in Suncun Town, etc. The successful construction of the two major projects will greatly optimize the municipal environment of Luoyang and Wuhu and improve the living standards of residents.Editor/Xing Wentao、 Design/Wang Xia
