On April 15, 2021, my country’s first large-scale navigation mark ship "Hai Xun 156" with ice-breaking capability was launched at the Shuangliu Shipbuilding Base of China Shipbuilding and Shipbuilding Corporation. The fleet will be mainly used for the deployment, removal, replacement and maintenance of navigation aids in frozen ports and waterways in the north. It can fill the gap in my country’s lack of ice-breaking capabilities for navigation mark ships and effectively enhance the maritime security capabilities in the northern seas. The "Hai Xun 156" ship started construction in April 2019, and it is expected that the Beihai Navigation Support Center of the Ministry of Transport will be listed in September this year. The wheel has a total length of 74.9 meters, a profile width of 14.3 meters, a profile depth of 6.2 meters, and a displacement of about 2,400 tons. It adopts a fully electric drive, dual-rotating rudder propeller propulsion system, and can break ice 0.5 meters at a speed of 5 knots and can break ice at a speed of 3.5 knots. 0.6 meters, it has excellent maneuverability and navigation mark operation ability under sea ice conditions.

Smart cabin

The ship is also the first large-scale navigation mark ship built in accordance with the requirements of China Classification Society (CCS) intelligent engine room and intelligent energy efficiency. It has intelligent decision support and maintenance functions, timely warning before equipment failure, and intelligently recommends the most economical navigation method. , To reduce fuel consumption of ships, save operating costs, and reduce carbon emissions. It is understood that sea ice disasters of varying degrees occur every year in the Bohai Sea and the northern part of the Yellow Sea in my country, which have a serious impact on port production and operation, maritime transportation, coastal engineering and mariculture. Under severe weather conditions such as strong winds, cold waves, and freezing, the normal performance of maritime navigation aids is particularly important for ensuring the smooth flow of port channels and safe navigation of ships.

In order to facilitate the implementation of major national strategies such as a strong transportation country and a strong maritime country, and promote the construction of a national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport will focus on creating "multi-dimensional perception, global arrival, efficient coordination, and intelligent processing" The “land, sea, air, and sky” integrated water transportation safety guarantee system enhances the perception and control capabilities of my country’s jurisdictional waters and internationally important shipping routes.
