Promote the cross-provincial water quality ecological compensation experience of Chuhe River, implement the coordinated management of cross-border mountain lakes such as Shijiu Lake, promote the construction of Anhui Lai’an Chishan Lake National Wetland Park, effectively improve the overall ecological environment quality, and create a green urban circle.

According to CCTV News: The Yangtze River high-speed rail project is scheduled to start at the end of 2020 or early 2021. The construction period is 4 years. The design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, reaching the upper limit of the current high-speed rail operating speed. The new Shanghai-Hefei section of the Yangtze River High-speed Railway Project will start from Shanghai. The new Shanghai North Railway Station will be built in the hub, ending at Hefei South Railway Station. The operating length of the line is 554.59km and the length of the newly-built line is 519.87km. Among them, the newly-built line in Shanghai is 51.04km, the newly-built line in Jiangsu Province is 365.50km, and the newly-built line in Anhui Province is 103.33km long. The bridge length of the whole line is 486.3km, the length of tunnel is 19.622km, and the ratio of bridge to tunnel is 97.3%. It includes Shanghai hub, Nantong area, Taizhou area, Yangzhou area, Nanjing hub and Hefei hub and other related projects. The project direction of the Shanghai-Hefei section (Anhui section) of the high-speed rail along the Yangtze River: leads from Nanjing north to west, and then turns to the southwest. After crossing the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, it bypasses the existing built-up area and planned construction area of Nanqiao District from the south. After crossing the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, it basically runs parallel to the west side of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail. A new line depot is set up on the southwest side of the existing Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail Chuzhou station. Shu Station, and then take a straight route through Langanji Town, Chaohu City. After crossing the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, it will basically be routed in parallel along the north side of the existing He-Ning Railway to the inbound end of Feidong Station. Replace and use the existing He-Ning Railway to introduce the main passenger station of Hefei Hub— -Hefei South Railway Station.

It is reported that this high-speed railway will cross Feidong County, Hefei, and connect to the Hefei South Railway Station hub from Feidong High-speed Railway Station. Affected by this, the Feidong High-speed Railway Station will soon be expanded and rebuilt again, and will seamlessly connect with the Hefei Metro Line 2 extension line that has already started demolition. After the completion of the Beiyanjiang High-speed Railway, it will become the fastest east-west high-speed railway in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. At the same time, the Beiyanjiang high-speed railway is also an important part of the auxiliary channel of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.
