Construction company Benoy announced that Riyadh's 65,000-square-meter new urban area is progressing steadily. Al Marqab Investment Company, headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is developing solitaire. Benoy's scope of work covers master planning, architecture, landscape design and interior design services. According to a statement by Benoy, the design of the project includes two basements, the first floor and the retail space on the first floor. The company stated that the modern design of the project allows for the expansion of the internal area to the boundary of the plot and the use of fully developed boulevard square space.

He also said that the design vision is based on the geographical crystal form, which inspired Benoy's design and informed the building's exterior walls, interior decoration and landscape.
