On May 24, 2021, with BYD Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. as the leader, and China Railway Second Academy Engineering Group won the first phase of the T2 line of the Guiyang tram demonstration line, the EPC engineering general contracting project, with a total investment of nearly 2.3 billion yuan. The construction period is 24 months.

The general contracting project of the EPC project of the Guiyang Tram Demonstration Line (T2 Line Phase 1 Project) for this bidding project has been awarded by the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission to Qianfa Gaijiao Traffic [2020] No. 638 and Qianfa Gaijian [2021] No. 27 The construction is approved, and the funding for the bidding project comes from Guiyang City’s finance and bank loans, with a capital contribution ratio of 40%:60%. The project has already met the bidding conditions, and the project is now open for bidding.

The construction site is located in Guiyang City.
