In the early morning of May 22, 2021, a magnitude 7.4 earthquake occurred in Maduo County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, and transportation facilities in the earthquake area suffered varying degrees of damage. CCCC Qinghai Headquarters coordinated the various units of CCCC in Qinghai, and immediately appealed to the local government to quickly set up an emergency rescue team at CCCC Qinghai Headquarters to organize emergency assistance.

The disaster is the order. Under the arrangement of the emergency rescue team, four emergency rescue commandos were formed by the China Communications First Public Bureau Group, China Communications Second Public Bureau, China Communications Third Public Bureau, and China Consulting Group. The number of commandos participating in the emergency response reached 164, including 60 mechanical equipment, 18 rescue equipment, 282 sets of rescue materials and a number of rescue food supplies. At present, as a member of the expert group, the First Court of Communications is assessing the traffic conditions after the earthquake. According to the arrangements of the Qinghai Provincial Government, the emergency rescue team is fully equipped and ready to rush to the disaster site at any time.
