On May 30, 2021, the People's Government of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province and Xiamen Xiangyu Logistics Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation framework agreement. Li Xianxiang, member of the Standing Committee of Wenshan Prefecture Party Committee and Executive Deputy Governor, and Qi Weidong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy general manager of Xiangyu Co., Ltd., and general manager of Xiangyu Logistics Group signed the agreement on behalf of the signing parties. Lin Junjie, Vice President of Xiangyu Group, and many leaders of Wenshan Prefecture Government attended the testimony .

Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southeastern part of Yunnan Province. It has obvious geographical advantages and rich mineral resources. In recent years, the prefecture has identified the mining and electricity industry supported by green aluminum as one of the four pillar industries in the prefecture for cultivation, and it has been implemented. The electrolytic aluminum project with a total production capacity of 3.43 million tons has created good conditions for extending the chain and improving the quality of the aluminum industry. Xiangyu Logistics Group is an important investment enterprise under Xiangyu Stock, which has significant advantages in metal mineral supply chain operation and logistics capacity building. After the signing of the cooperation agreement, the two parties will further leverage their respective advantages to establish a closer cooperative relationship in the construction of integrated logistics parks, the establishment of alumina/aluminum ingot futures delivery warehouses, the operation of bonded logistics and the attraction of investment by aluminum processing enterprises.
