Beijing’s first centralized land supply, 30 plots of "hundred-billion-level" land auctions came to an end near sunset. After fierce competition, Beijing Urban Construction Group, relying on its outstanding strength, alone or in the form of a consortium, won a total of 6 plots for 15.697 billion yuan. Among them, the Urban Construction Development and the General Housing Group each won 3 plots.

The three land parcels won by urban construction development are the 30-L04 parcel of Cuigezhuang Township in Chaoyang District, the 1304-L03 parcel of Wangsiying Township in Chaoyang District, and the 0302 block parcel of Beijing City Sub-center.

4.22 billion + 20,000 square meters of public rental housing bid for land in Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District

The 30-L04 plot of Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District, is a consortium composed of Urban Construction Development and China Merchants Real Estate, which was bid for 4.22 billion yuan and 20,000 square meters of public rental housing. The land used for this plot is R2 second-class residential land, with a total construction land scale of approximately 34,100 square meters and a planned construction scale of approximately 85,300 square meters.

5.45 billion + 24,400 square meters of public rental housing bid for land in Wangsiying Township, Chaoyang District

Lot 1304-L03, Wangsiying Township, Chaoyang District, was acquired by a consortium of Urban Construction Development, China Merchants Real Estate and Minmetals Real Estate for 5.45 billion yuan and 24,400 square meters of public rental housing. The land use of this plot is R2 second-class residential land, with a total construction land area of 48,800 square meters and a construction control scale of 122,000 square meters.

2.24 billion + 20% of government-held property rights to bid for the 0302 block of Beijing City Sub-center

The plot of the 0302 block of the Beijing City Sub-center is a consortium formed by Urban Construction Development and Sunshine City Group, which was acquired for 2.24 billion yuan and 20% of the government's ownership share. The land is located in Xixiaoma Village, Liyuan Town, Tongzhou District. It belongs to F1 residential mixed public construction land and A334 nursery land. The total construction land area is 44,500 square meters and the planned construction area is 95,900 square meters.

The 3 plots won by the General Group are Daxing Jiugong plot, Miyun Tanying Township plot and Yanqing District Nancaiyuan plot.

1.63 billion + 16,000 square meters of public rental housing bid for the Daxing Old Palace plot

The DX05-0102-6101, 6102, YZ00-0801-0015 and 0016 plots in Jiugong Town, Daxing District, a consortium formed by the Zhuhai Group and Shoukai Group, were successfully bid for 1.63 billion yuan and 16,000 square meters of public rental housing. The land used for the plot is B4 comprehensive commercial financial service land, U17 postal facility land, and R2 residential land. The construction land area of the plot is about 38,600 square meters, and the planned construction area is about 82,600 square meters.

1.738 billion bid for land in Tanying Township, Miyun

Lot 6005 in Tanying Township, Miyun District, was acquired by the consortium of Zhuzong Group, Shoukai, Xuhui, and Fantasia for 1.738 billion yuan. The plot is R2 second-class residential land, with a construction land area of approximately 58,400 square meters and a planned construction area of approximately 116,700 square meters.

419 million bid for the southern vegetable garden plot in Yanqing District

The YQ00-0007-0002 plot of the shantytown reconstruction project in Lane 1-5, Nancaiyuan, Yanqing District, was bid for 419 million yuan by the Zhuhai General Group. The land nature of this plot is R2 second-class residential land, with a land scale of 16,867 square meters and a building scale of 32048 square meters.

In addition, in this local auction, the Beijing Residential Institute of the Sumitomo Corporation Group also leveraged its more than ten years of technological accumulation and research and development advantages in the fields of green buildings, ultra-low-energy buildings, and prefabricated buildings, and participated in the construction of Beijing’s high-standard commercial housing.
