Speed up engineering construction

In order to meet the construction needs, the project department built an asphalt mixing plant, a concrete mixing plant and two water-stable mixing plants in the valley to ensure the construction needs.In June 2019, when the project completed its preliminary work and was ready for a big fight, it was faced with the test of the volatile local climate. Gansu Province used to feel arid and drier, but in the deep mountains of Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, the rainfall is extremely abundant. From June to September of 2019, it rained almost every day for three months, which brought great challenges to the road construction of the project. For this reason, the project department arranged a dedicated person to pay attention to the weather forecast at all times, and to update The bidding section asks about the position of the cloud layer, adjusts the construction plan at any time according to the weather conditions, and achieves "the sky changes and we change", and use enough sunny days to grab the construction and advance the project construction in an orderly manner.

The project department has adopted measures such as point-to-point chartered vehicles to pick up laborers to return to work, and sub-regions and batches to start work after isolation. At the beginning of March 2020, the smooth resumption of work was finally achieved. The first unit to resume work in 13 bids. During the construction, the construction team continuously overcome the mountainous climate change, low winter temperature, inconvenient transportation and other factors, and actively carried out labor competition. When the climatic conditions permit, through advanced deployment, uninterrupted construction was realized, and the effective construction period was less than one year. Under the circumstances, the paving of 1.325 million square meters of water-stable layer and 2.261 million square meters of asphalt layer was completed. In November 2020, the main pavement project of this bid section was successfully completed, becoming the first main project completion bid section of the whole line.

Xingfu Road, Old District

The temperature difference between day and night in the deep mountains is extremely large. Even in summer, the temperature at night is often as low as 0℃. In the daytime, the surface temperature during asphalt paving It reaches 130 degrees or more, which greatly tests the body and mind of the construction personnel. Nevertheless, the builders have always insisted on advancing construction and production, strictly controlling quality and safety, and ensuring a first-class quality road to happiness for the people of Pingliang. The main project has a large volume and a long front. In order to keep up with the effective working time during the main work period, the on-site personnel are often unable to return to the station when they arrive at a meal. They simply eat a boxed lunch at the construction site and continue to work. At the same time, in order to speed up the construction of the project, the project department adheres to the concept of "people waiting for materials" and deploys multiple shifts in advance to ensure uninterrupted on-site paving operations in the "connected shaft" mode. What is suffering is the environment, and what is warm is the heart. In order to allow the employees to have a comfortable living and office environment, the board houses of the project department implement centralized heating, and each dormitory is equipped with independent toilets and water heaters. "You can take a bath in your own room, and it feels like you are at home." When they returned to the station and washed off the sand on their bodies, the young employees of the project department were full of happiness. In addition, the project department insists on preparing overtime meals for night shift workers. In summer, it distributes sunscreen clothes, watermelon and mung bean soup to the scene, and cold-proof blankets and quilts in winter to make employees feel warm.

At the beginning of 2021, the ancillary works of the project have entered a tough period. The road shoulders, slopes, isolation belts, communication pipelines in the bid section...More than 10 processes are cross-constructed. The task is extremely difficult. Whether it can be completed on schedule is directly related to the opening time of the whole line.
