In front of the unmanned barriers, truck drivers can enter and exit freely without any operation.

In the huge port yard, there are thousands of customers' goods stacked, and there are tens of thousands of trucks entering and leaving the port every day. How to deliver and pick up the goods with such precision?

This system is jointly developed by Shandong Port Technology Group Rizhao Company and Shandong Expressway Xinlian Technology Co., Ltd. Based on the current advanced 5.8G microwave communication technology, the vehicle can travel within a distance of 10 meters to 12 meters at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. In the state, it only takes 0.27 seconds to complete the exchange of data with the platform. Vehicle owners can log in to Zhoudao.com's smart port management platform through their mobile phones to obtain the electronic delivery order; when entering the port, the vehicle-mounted OBU interacts with the platform through the RSU to obtain the guidance route to the freight yard; when arriving at the freight yard, the vehicle passes through the weighbridge and uses the OBU to pass the RSU Interact with the platform information, record the weight of the empty vehicle and obtain the guidance route to the cargo pile; the vehicle arrives at the cargo pile according to the guidance route for loading; at the shipping yard, the vehicle passes the weighing platform to weigh the goods, and uses the OBU to pass The RSU interacts with the platform information to record the weight of the loaded vehicle; when leaving the port, the OBU interacts with the platform through the RSU information to verify the departure of the goods according to the updated electronic bill of lading; after arriving at the consignee's location, the goods are unloaded and signed. The system realizes the dynamic management and control of vehicles in the collection and deportation ports, and the deployment of transport capacity between warehouses.

“We used to use active radio frequency cards. Truck drivers receive radio frequency cards through self-service card issuing machines to complete the whole process of operations in the port. However, the sending and receiving, circulation and maintenance of radio frequency cards require manual participation, and the maintenance cost is relatively high.” According to the relevant staff, the service life of the radio frequency card is short, and it needs to be replaced every one or two years. The cost of a card is more than 60 yuan, and it will cost nearly one million yuan to replace it. The management and maintenance personnel of the radio frequency card are nearly 60 yuan. For the remaining people, labor costs are also a considerable expense; truck drivers need to pick up and return the card every time they come to Hong Kong to work, which causes great inconvenience to the driver.
