Five scientific and technological innovation projects, including the National Carbon Neutral Technology Innovation Center and Chongqing Institute of Microelectronics Industry Technology of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, have started construction and completed an investment of 100 million yuan. Six cultural tourism projects including the Bashu Intangible Heritage Cultural Industrial Park and the Stone Carving Cultural and Creative Park have all started, with an investment of 1.9 billion yuan.
