The Qinglan Expressway Shuangbu-Hetao section project is invested and constructed by Qingdao Transportation Development Group, including the main line and the connecting line. The main line starts from the west side of the current Qinglan Expressway Qingdao West Toll Station in the east, and at the starting point of the Nugukou Bridge, along the existing Qinglan Expressway to the west, and ends at the Hetao Interchange Interchange. Four major traffic projects
The Huazhong Road through project is the pre-implementation section of the reconstruction and expansion project from Shuangbu to Hetao section of Qinglan Expressway. The Licunhe Interchange is a hub interchange of Huanwan Road and Jiaozhou Bay Bridge and its connecting lines. The ABF ramp project is located at the starting point of the first phase of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge, including ramp A 330 meters, ramp B 309 meters, and ramp F 258 meters. The distribution lane is 948 meters, and the entrance to the north toll station is widened. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, there will be no toll for vehicles passing the ABF ramp, which will truly give full play to the "interconnecting" function of the Licunhe Interchange, connecting the Jiaozhou Bay Bridge with urban roads, and greatly improving the traffic capacity of the roads around the node.

The new airport high-speed connection line (Shuangbu-Xiazhuang section) is an important part of the "seven horizontal and nine vertical" high-speed road network in Qingdao's central urban area and the "three vertical and five horizontal" rapid road network in Dong'an urban area. It is also the Jiaodong International Airport. Important supporting roads. The project starts from the Nugukou Bridge in the west and ends at Qingyin Expressway in the east. The entire line is dominated by viaducts, with a length of about 9.8 kilometers, and simultaneous implementation of two-way 6-lane ground roads. The project will start at the end of 2019, and comprehensively promote technological innovations such as prefabrication, multi-pole integration, and imitation of stone roads. The highway system will be completed one year in advance and will be put into use in conjunction with the new airport transfer. The east extension section of Taiyuan Road starts from the New Jiaoji Railway Line in the west, and sets up and down ramps to connect to the west square of North Passenger Station along the eastward line, and turns right on Anshun Road to Taiyuan Road ramp to connect to the East Square, and continues eastward across the planned Anshun Road before landing , Connected to Siliu Middle Road in the form of a surface road, the length is about 1.2 kilometers, and construction will start in August 2020. The completion of the project and the opening to traffic will further optimize and improve the traffic dispersing road network system of the North Railway Station, and effectively strengthen the traffic connection between Huanwan Road and the elevated road of the cross-sea bridge.
In the first half of 2021, the first phase of the Qingyin Expressway Licun Toll Station Congestion Control Project was completed and opened to traffic. Shuangji Road (Luojiaying Section) was fully connected, and 7 unconnected roads including Yunling Road and Changzhou Road were opened. At the same time, the construction of the Dagu River Bridge on National Highway 204, the Dagu River Bridge on Lan Road, and 20 unconnected roads including Yichang Road and Jianshui Road were newly started. The 4 projects opened to traffic this time and the 1 newly started project are all key transportation infrastructure projects and major livelihood improvement projects in Qingdao, as well as important passages and key points for the comprehensive transportation system around Jiaozhou Bay and the collection and distribution system of Jiaodong International Airport.
