AADL Headquarters Building Project

On June 24, 2021, China State Construction Algeria and the National Housing Improvement and Development Agency of Algeria formally signed the AADL headquarters building project contract.

Project renderings

The project is located in the Bill Murad Rais area of Algiers, next to the original AADL headquarters building. It covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters and a construction area of nearly 30,000 square meters. The construction period is 24 months and includes a 14-story office building. And related ancillary facilities. The project is planned to be built as a modern office building integrating office, meeting and reception. The facade adopts a magnificent all-glass curtain wall with complete mechanical and electrical systems. After completion, it will serve as a new office space for the headquarters of the National Housing Improvement and Development Agency of Algeria. .

Ain Nazha Day Hospital Project

On June 27, 2021, China State Construction Algeria and the Algerian government formally signed the design and construction project of the 1,200-park multi-storey parking lot of Ain Nazha Day Hospital.

The project is located in the Ain Nazha area of Algiers, opposite the Ain Naza Day Hospital. The project covers a total area of nearly 7,000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters, and a total construction period of 15 months. It is an 8-story parking lot (including a parking lot on the top floor) and has more than 1,200 parking spaces. The project plans to design and build a multi-storey parking lot that meets the parking needs of day hospitals and integrates parking, manual charging and automatic charging. After completion, it will improve the shortage of parking spaces in day hospitals.
