New schools and parks

The Binhai Attached Elementary School (Xincun Primary School) project of Normal University is located on the east side of Zhangjiang Road and the south side of Huwen Road in Binhai New City, with a land area of about 53.21 acres. The construction scale of the school is 48 classes, and the construction content includes teaching buildings, comprehensive administrative buildings, gymnasiums, supporting auxiliary facilities, etc.

The Binhai New City Workers Park project covers an area of 23,200 square meters. The east side of the base is the cultural palace land, the southwest side is the experimental kindergarten land, and the northeast side is the general hospital. Based on the construction of a forest-like park, the project is organically integrated with the Fuzhou Second Workers' Cultural Palace, providing a space for rest, stay, experience and interaction.

The first phase of the Binhai Campus of Sunshine College is located on the east side of Zezhu Express Road in Binhai New City, south of Nangang West Road, west of Hunan East Road, and north of Jinbin Road. The total land area of the project is 6,4191.1 square meters.

Construction or reconstruction or expansion of roads

The total length of the 228 National Highway Airport Economic Zone Road Landscape Improvement and Reconstruction Project is about 9.9 kilometers. Among them, Zhanghu Road will be upgraded and reconstructed according to the current 37-meter-wide section function, and Pengcheng Road will be upgraded and reconstructed according to the planned 48-meter-wide section.

The Xiasha Road and connection road project is located in Jiangtian Town, Changle District. Rehabilitation and conservation of beach wetlands

The Xiasha Beach Restoration and Conservation Project of Binhai New City will carry out comprehensive ecological renovation and restoration of a total of 3.2 kilometers of coastline along the north and south coasts of Xiasha Beach.

The total area of the red line of the Wetland Habitat Restoration Project (Phase II) behind the Waiwenwu Sea Dike (Phase II) is about 1940 mu. The project is mainly to remove 1419 mu of Spartina alterniflora through the method of "mowing + rotary tillage", and it will be contained after a two-year warranty period. The recurrence of Spartina alterniflora and the restoration of the natural landscape of the silty light beach have laid a good ecological foundation for the construction of Donghu Park (Phase 3).
