On July 7, 2021, Sinoma Construction and Holcim Philippines signed the La-Union cement plant renovation project in the form of a cloud contract. The signing ceremony took place simultaneously in Beijing, China and Manila, Philippines.

The project is located in Bacnotan, North Luzon, Philippines, about 307km away from the company's Cemex Solid K4 clinker line project. The model is EPC. At present, renovation, production increase and bottleneck removal projects will be the main investment direction of Holcim Philippines and other owners in the Philippines. This signing is the company's re-cooperation with Holcim Philippines after the Lugait project, which fully reflects the full trust and high recognition of LH Group in the company's good contract performance and project execution capabilities.

The signing of the project has laid a good foundation for the company to expand LH Group's business in the Philippines and deepen its localization in the Philippines. This is also a useful exploration and attempt to continue to deepen the Philippine cement market and promote the modular grinding station market and industry.
