Recently, Fujian Funeng Group Sanchuan Offshore Wind Power Company held a provincial key construction project Putian Pinghaiwan F Zone and Putian Shicheng Offshore Wind Power Project at the Shicheng North Wharf in Xiuyu District. Sanchuan Company is also constructing two projects of Putian Pinghaiwan F Zone and Putian Shicheng Offshore Wind Farm. The total installed capacity of the two projects is 400,000 kilowatts, and the total investment in the feasibility study is 7.45 billion yuan. They are the largest offshore wind power projects in Fujian Province that have been completed and put into production at one time.

The construction of the project overcomes the impact of the "new crown epidemic" and "the tide of installation rush", and has created a number of domestic records. The foundation construction of the wind turbine has created the construction record of the largest diameter rock-socketed pile of the domestic offshore wind power type III single column. The ship completed the installation of 7 sets of 7 MW wind turbines, setting a domestic record for the hoisting of large MW wind turbines that year. The construction speed of the project is at a leading level in Fujian Province: In June 2019, the first batch of wind turbines of the two projects were put into production at the same time, and it only took 8 months for the Shicheng project to be approved to put into operation of the first wind turbine. At present, the two projects have completed all the engineering construction tasks, becoming the first offshore wind power company in Fujian Province with a one-time construction of 400,000 kilowatts of installed capacity.

The total design and operation period of the two projects is about 1.27 billion kilowatt-hours of on-grid electricity, which can save about 401,000 tons of standard coal each year, reduce about 801,000 tons of carbon dioxide, and reduce about 11,600 tons of various air pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.
