On the afternoon of July 21, 2021, the COSCO SHIPPING-Cixi Foreign Trade Enterprise Matchmaking Conference was held in Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang. This matchmaking meeting was co-sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, Cixi Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and China COSCO Shipping Group. Cixi is one of the world's well-known home appliance production bases, gathering a large number of small and medium private enterprises in the electromechanical category. Since the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the efficiency of the global industrial chain supply chain has been affected by the epidemic, and the international shipping market has continued to fluctuate. This has caused foreign export companies, including mechanical and electrical companies, to "hard to find a box" and "hard to find a cabin", and foreign trade exports are blocked. Seeing that the order could not be delivered, relevant companies were anxious. At the critical moment, COSCO SHIPPING Group and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products acted quickly to implement the requirements of “six stability” and “six guarantees”, and serve the export needs of foreign trade enterprises.
