General Secretary Xi Jinping went to Tibet for investigation and research on July 21. The general secretary first took a car to the Niyang River Bridge to learn about the ecological and environmental protection of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the Niyang River Basin. After that, Xi Jinping visited the Urban Planning Museum of Nyingchi City, Gala Village, Nyingchi Town, Bayi District, and Gongbu Park to investigate urban development planning, rural revitalization, and urban park construction. On the morning of the 22nd, Xi Jinping came to Linzhi Railway Station to learn about the overall planning of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and the construction and operation of the Lhasa-Nyingchi section.
