Resist the typhoon

After the typhoon landed, Shanghai typhoon orange and heavy rain yellow warnings were high, and the lines of Xiaoyong, Hangzhou-Shenzhen, Beihuan, Shanghai-Kunming, Xuanhang and other lines under the management of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. were affected. The Shanghai Bureau Group Company insists on “taking the initiative to avoid risks and never taking risks”, has made arrangements for the suspension of related lines and trains, and adjusted the transportation plan in real time; for all kinds of driving equipment, housing construction equipment, environment along the line, open-air loading and unloading machinery, and construction tools We will conduct a comprehensive inspection, take measures such as reinforcement, reinforcement, and demolition, mobilize more than 6000 rescue personnel, implement 180 excavators, 50 material preparation vehicles, 54 sets of rail cars in advance, and rush to transport 43 vehicles of road materials to key areas.

In response to the outages of some trains, Hangzhou Station did a good job of service guidance, information promotion, and logistical support. The ticketing workshop opened a full window to answer ticket questions on the spot, and efficiently handle refunds and changes for passengers. Recently, the traffic volume of the 12306 customer service center of Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation has increased sharply. Customer service representatives have stopped working overtime to deal with emergencies, do emergency response, and actively help passengers solve problems.

Ningbo train depot and Jiaxing train depot set up emergency anti-typhoon rescue teams to investigate key hidden dangers in station buildings, clean up water and seepage in the station area in time, and carry sandbags to reinforce key areas such as station gates. In the Hangzhou Fangjian Apartment Section, 48 high-speed railway station buildings, rain sheds, etc., including Ningbo South Railway Station, Taizhou West Railway Station, Wenzhou South Railway Station, and Hangzhou East Railway Station have been inspected and reinforced.
