The project is located on the Dongjiang North Breakwater of Tianjin Port, and applies for sea use through a three-dimensional layered ownership method. The sea use space layer is the water surface, and the main construction content is 7 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 50 MW. It is understood that for a long time, Tianjin's sea area management has been following the "planarization" model, and the three-dimensional and multifunctional spatial resources of the sea area have not been fully utilized. With the continuous increase in demand for traditional and emerging marine industries near Tianjin, the scarcity of marine spatial resources is becoming increasingly prominent.
