In November 2021, in the Dingping Railway Feasibility Study (Draft for Review) prepared by China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., the preliminary planned line starts from the reserved Shiilipu Station of the Pingqing Railway and passes through Kongtong, Pingliang City. District, Longde County of Guyuan City, Jingyuan County, Jingning County of Pingliang City, Huining County of Baiyin City, Anding District of Dingxi City, and finally to Baolan Kezhi Northwest Station. Stations will be set up in Jingning, and the specific station setting should be determined in combination with various factors such as convenience, economy, and surrounding benefits.

The Dingping railway project has been included in the national 14th five-year railway development plan. Currently, feasibility study is underway, and the preparation of pre-report feasibility studies such as social stability risk report, planning and site selection report, etc., will continue to increase reporting efforts. We will actively cooperate with each other to do a good job in various tasks, and strive to start construction as soon as possible.

In addition, according to the reply from Zhenyuan County, the Pingliang-Qingyang Railway is a major project planned by the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to start construction in 2022. The survey work will be completed in Zhenyuan County in 2021, and the Nanpo Village Station in Chengguan Town will be preliminarily determined. The location plan is Zhenwon Station.
