  • On July 3, 2026, the Afengbaofeng 1000MW/4000MWh new energy storage special project in Ejina Banner, Alxa League officially started construction. The project is fully invested by a subsidiary of Ningxia Baofeng Group, relying on the advantages of the entire industry chain and adopting standardized liquid cooled lithium iron phosphate prefabricated cabin technology. It is planned to be connected to the grid and put into operation within the year. After completion, the project will form a source grid load storage coordination system with surrounding 500 kV substations and supporting transmission lines, effectively ensuring the nearby grid connection and efficient transmission of large-scale wind and solar bases in the region, and consolidating the consumption support capacity of Alxa New Energy Base.
